We continue to send students to Math Facts
this year. Our latest were Jimmy and Brianna D. Jimmy will
move on to the semi-finals. Our next two participants were
Flaka
and Sherif. Andrew R. and Alyssa represented us in December with
both
moving on to the semi-finals. Nyjah and Andy S. went in January.
During the semi-finals in January, Jimmy qualified to move on to
the finals at the end of the year. Andrew R. went home early that
day and missed the competition
so he will compete at the end of the year with the second group of
semi-finalists.
Alexa and Katelynne went in February with Alexa continuing on to
the semi-finals. We
have also
sent Ashley, Angelica, Heather, Brianna D., Brianna S., Staci, and
Xavier. Ashley and Brianna D. will move on to the semis.

We have had many names from our class added to
the Kindness Rainbow.
We have two students who have been able to memorize the
first two paragraphs of the Gettysburg Address. What an
accomplishment!! They are Brianna D. and
Flaka.
